Julie Peck

Chief Executive Officer

Julie was appointed CEO of TalentNeuron by Leeds Equity Partners in May, 2023 having run five previous companies and businesses with offerings ranging from pure software to big data & analytics products and tech-enabled services.  Julie’s background in diverse roles in product management, innovation, and market strategy brings with it an intense focus on customers, their experiences and unmet needs in a fast-moving business environment.  Early on in her career, Julie had roles in Human Resources and has noted how much the practices (and the tools) have changed since those days.  But those early experiences grounded her in a strong belief that great companies are built by focusing on people and finding ways to bring out the best in individuals, teams and organizations. 

She also brings a diversity of industries to her experience, having had leadership, innovation and executive roles in small and large companies across a wide array of industries, including banking & payments, financial crime compliance, legal technology, tax & accounting software, even newspaper & magazine media.  She graduated summa cum laude with both a bachelor’s degree in business management from Sacred Heart University, and an MBA in finance from University of Connecticut.

Bijoy Verghese

Chief Financial Officer

Bijoy is a hands-on finance leader with extensive experience in mature businesses as well as fast-growing ventures across in the Media and Technology sectors. Across his career, Bijoy has held key leadership roles for global organizations and led comprehensive financial and operational transformations resulting in favorable business outcomes including revenue and profitability growth, expansion into new markets, strategic M&A and successful exits while driving shareholder returns. As Chief Financial Officer, Bijoy leads all Finance functions for TalentNeuron including Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Billing & Collections and Pricing. Bijoy came to TalentNeuron from Ivanti, a PE-owned global IT services and cyber security software business. Prior to Ivanti, Bijoy held various finance leadership roles at RentPath (PE-owned), Warner Bros. Discovery, and US Airways (now part of American Airlines). 

Jason Roberts

Chief Operating Officer

Jason brings over 25 years of software and service experience to his role as chief operating officer. Over the last 10 years, he has led the operations of SaaS companies in the Ed-Tech, insurance and staffing industries with a key focus on customer lifecycle and delivering customer value. In his role at TalentNeuron, Jason is charted with transforming the service delivery and customer engagement team to drive higher levels of value deliver for the TalentNeuron client base. Prior to TalentNeuron, Jason held COO roles at Avionte Staffing Software and WorkN, a leader in tech innovation in the staffing space.

Katherine Evans

Chief Revenue Officer

Katherine leads the global sales function at TalentNeuron and is responsible for new client acquisition, client renewals, and overall market expansion. Katherine is a seasoned sales executive with leadership experience at Corporate Executive Board (CEB) and Gartner. In addition to her deep sales expertise, Katherine also has an extensive background in executive consulting as well as research and advisory services including time spent as Head of Advisory Services at CEB / Gartner, making her the ideal choice to lead TalentNeuron’s go-to-market efforts.

David Wilkins

Chief Product and Marketing Officer

David is a proven senior executive with 20+ years of SaaS experience in the human capital management space with a diverse set of leadership experience in strategy, product development, marketing, sales enablement, and sales. As an industry thought leader, David has keynoted national and international conferences and has written for major industry publications. Prior roles include Chief Strategy Officer at HealthcareSource, Head of Research at Taleo, and VP of Product Marketing at Learn.com.

Gabriel Pauliuc

Chief Technology and Data Officer

Gabriel shapes TalentNeuron’s technical roadmap, directing design and development of data architecture, infrastructure, and systems to advance strategic business growth. He focuses on elevating TalentNeuron’s market-leading talent analytics solutions, while ensuring coordinated innovation across engineering, IT, and data teams. Gabriel has over 30 years of experience in leading complex digital transformations, including in executive leadership roles at Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet, and Société Générale. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics from the University of Rochester and has performed doctoral level research in mathematics at the University of Chicago.

Elin Thomasian

Senior Vice President of Strategy & Consulting

Elin leads TalentNeuron’s strategic consulting services. She has over a decade of experience driving talent strategies for leading Fortune 500 companies including Goldman Sachs, Moody’s, and Prudential along with HCM software companies like Workday and UKG. Throughout her HR career and more recently in her strategic advising role, Elin has partnered with senior business leaders and talent intelligence companies to thread data, AI, and skills capability in tech forward talent solutions. Elin holds a degree and MBA from George Washington University. She lives in New York City.

Sara Schroeder

Vice President, Human Resources

Sara leads the global HR group at TalentNeuron and is responsible for all aspects of HR including company culture and diversity initiatives, employee experience, recruiting, talent management, performance management, benefits and payroll. Sara has deep expertise in driving corporate change initiatives and global HR strategy. Sara has a wide range of experience across PE-backed SaaS organizations, including time spent as SVP of People and Development at Backstop Solutions Group, VP of People at Maropost, and VP, Head of Global Human Resources at Signal.

Dave Seidenfrau

Vice President, Master Data Management

Dave has held leadership roles in all facets of SaaS technology including AppDev, TechOps, DataEng,  Program/Product Management, and implementation services, among others. Across this journey, Dave has been an integral part of three successful startups, two of which have already exited, one to an initial public offering and one to an acquisition. As a former BOD member, Dave helped guide Primary Portal from seed funding to a successful series A. Dave is an active venture capital investor for early-stage technology companies.  In his current role, Dave leads data management at TalentNeuron.

Elias Hadaya

Vice President, Data Science

Elias is a creative, innovative, and results oriented executive leader with more than 18 years of success in driving revenue growth in diverse industries and in managing and executing large, complex, global, and quantitative projects. At TalentNeuron, Elias is the Vice President of Data Science and is responsible for the efficient and accurate systemic ingestion of hundreds of millions of unique data points per day as well as the subsequent application of appropriate AI and ML models to normalize and rationalize the data into consumable customer insights.

Sr. Vice President, Technology

Scott is the SVP of Technology at TalentNeuron with responsibility for all business systems, client-facing technologies, and supporting technology infrastructure. Scott has a deep background in business systems technologies as well as Azure and various modern agile development methodologies. Prior to TalentNeuron, Scott oversaw one of the largest COVID studies in the world as a contract CTO at the UK’s Office of National Statistics, helping to advance the world’s understanding of and response to COVID.
