You might have noticed something a little different about TalentNeuron today. Maybe our website seems sleeker. Or our logo looks a little different. Perhaps our colors seem bolder and more brilliant than usual.

In February 2023, TalentNeuron was acquired by Leeds Equity — a private equity investment group — and carved out from Gartner. After months of careful planning, discussion, and development, we’re proud to reveal our new logo and vision statement:
Why the Change?
Since our separation from Gartner, we have been on a mission to redefine ourselves as a stand-alone company with renewed commitments to client success, innovation, and global data dominance in labor market analytics. Over the past 12 months, TalentNeuron has driven tremendous improvements in each of these critical areas:
Putting Clients at the Core
TalentNeuron services have been reorganized and restructured to better serve you, our clients. This includes true client success teams built with a primary focus on engagement, advisory services, research, and strategic consulting — enabling you to solve any labor market challenge you might face.
Packaging and pricing models have also completely changed to better align solutions with the way clients and prospects prefer to use our software, data, and services. TalentNeuron’s core software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution has been split into six specific sub-modules with a supporting module-based pricing structure. We’ve also simultaneously introduced data-as-a-service (DaaS) options for API or data-feed consumption. And an entirely new consulting services arm enables organizations to purchase consulting projects independently of our SaaS and DaaS offerings.
Fostering Innovation
We’ve recently launched two major solution offerings — TalentNeuron for Staffing, a solution tailored to the needs of the staffing market, and a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) module designed to help you understand the competitiveness of your organization’s EVP down to the level of specific job posts at specific locations.
As part of our EVP launch, TalentNeuron has defined an entirely new taxonomy and machine-learning framework to describe, capture, and extract EVP data from job posts on a global basis. This is just the start of a major wave of innovation dropping this year, including a new candidate profile capability and an AI concierge solution to simplify data access and wayfinding in the SaaS platform.
Global Data Dominance
While TalentNeuron has long been the leader in global labor market data and intelligence, there's potential for even greater growth — and even greater value for you.
We doubled down on our data investments in 2023 with additional spending — above and beyond our maintenance outlay. We also welcomed five additional, full-time data science team members to identify and acquire additional data sources, as well as to streamline processing automation to increase the speed with which we can deliver country updates.
Today, this investment is driving 19 country updates to supply data in the TalentNeuron platform, and an additional 19 updates to salary data. Three new countries will also be added to the platform this year, as well as a specific drill-down capability to see the labor market characteristics within Hong Kong, Taiwan, and mainland China.
A New Logo, Vision Statement for a New TalentNeuron
With all the changes noted above, it was time to fully break away from the Gartner-inspired colors and logos of the past and to more fully embrace who we are now. With this brand launch, we wanted to invite our clients, prospects, and the overall market to meet the new TalentNeuron, a stand-alone company fueled by innovation, dynamic experimentation, and relentless client focus.
Our new vision statement — “navigating the future of work” — further defines and refines our value to clients. As the world has continued to grow more interconnected and complex, it’s becoming more challenging to successfully navigate talent demands on a global scale. Enterprise organizations are facing intense pressure to successfully navigate hiring decisions, labor cost containment, talent availability, diversity goals, and long-range workforce planning, even as new complicating factors emerge — including pandemics, supply chain disruptions, and geo-political conflicts, to name just a few. Through our unmatched global labor market data, we help companies navigate through this complexity, de-risking and future-proofing their most critical talent investments.
The Inspiration Behind the Design
The new TalentNeuron logo icon is more than just a symbol — it's a visual representation of who we are and where we're headed.
It draws from three primary inspirations — global focus, people and talent, data-driven insights. Through our logo, we hope to convey that data is the foundation to understanding labor market dynamics at a global scale. From the clean lines to the bold new color palette, every element was carefully chosen to evoke a sense of market leadership, innovation, and excitement. We wanted our logo to stand out in a crowded marketplace while remaining timeless and versatile.
What to Expect
TalentNeuron’s new branding and logo usage will be iteratively rolled out, starting with the website and all-new collateral going forward. We will also focus on rebranding any commercial assets consumed by clients and any collateral supporting our sales and services motions. Like the company itself, the brand will continue to evolve and grow in response to feedback from you and the market.
