TalentNeuron Global Data Coverage Update: May 2025

When it comes to global data expansion, May just might be TalentNeuron’s biggest month yet. Users can now access initial supply and demand data for 15 new countries — from Bahrain to Ukraine — updated minimum supply thresholds for 56 markets, and inaugural gender diversity numbers for 34 more nations.

Those 15 newly added countries are part of our ongoing beta release this year. We’re continuing to test new ways of quickly and consistently sourcing quality demand and supply data for our users. As a result, this data currently reflects 2024 positions based on digital profiles and focuses on 80% of targeted occupations.

We’ve also more than double the supply visibility with new minimum thresholds for 56 markets across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. This provides clients with more specific insights into supply for niche and smaller markets and enhancing location strategy.

And to better inform inclusive hiring decisions, we've added  gender diversity intel — based on 2025 data — for 34 additional countries. This applies to more than 800 occupations across key markets.

But these are only a few of the updates our team has been making to our data and platform. In addition to our recent, well-attended Workforce Transformation Master Class (now available on demand), we’ve also given clients a master class on new and upcoming product enhancements.
