Spring is in full swing with a couple of key April updates: TalentNeuron users can now access inaugural graduate supply numbers for the United Kingdom and initial supply and demand data for Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The graduate supply estimates — broken down by degree and gender — are based on the latest 2023 data from the U.K.’s Higher Education Statistics Agency and include more than 800 occupations. This provides clients with an expanded view of emerging talent pools in the region for more accurate workforce planning and transformation.
Meanwhile, the drilldown view of Hong Kong and Taiwan in our platform aligns with current classifications and incorporates 2023 supply numbers. These changes further address the data needs of clients who require precise labor market analysis for the Asia-Pacific region.
But this is just the start of what TalentNeuron’s product and data teams have planned for the rest of the year. Behind the scenes, we're working on some exciting new features and capabilities that will start rolling out as soon as this summer.
This includes:
Competitor intelligence and hiring analysis improvements in the platform
Newly transformed Workforce Reports for quick and seamless custom research
Users received an exclusive look at these game-changing updates during a late-April product webinar, but there are more sessions planned (keep an eye on your inbox)! We also encourage users to mark their calendars for our Workforce Transformation Master Class, May 15 and 22, and our second annual TalentNeuron Client Summit in September.
Until then, though, here’s a closer look at our April data coverage updates, as well as a look at other releases so far this year.

More About This Data
Here at TalentNeuron, we constantly strive to deepen our coverage of labor market data across geographies. Workforce transformation planning and sound business decisions all start with access to the right data, which is always changing. That’s why, to better serve our clients, we continually gather, normalize, and release metrics from diverse and trusted sources, including government reports, job boards, candidate profiles, and proprietary databases.
Any point-in-time analysis (e.g. PDF or screenshot) done prior to data updates will not reflect the changes. However, because we re-crunch historical data, any historical or current analysis you conduct from this point onward will reflect the updated figures. Saved searches will also update with new data.
If you’re eager to utilize this new data but your current subscription does not include access to these countries, please reach out to your TalentNeuron account representative. They’ll be happy to assist you in upgrading your access.
Organizational design and modeling are often used interchangeably despite their different purposes. Here's a closer look at the definitions, use cases, and how these approaches work better together.
