TalentNeuron™ – Multiregion

TalentNeuron™ – Multiregion (the “Service”) provides leaders at the client company (“Client”) access to supply, demand, and cost data for global labor markets.

DELIVERABLES

  1. Each user designated by Client (“Licensed User”) is entitled to the following TalentNeuron Deliverables:
    • Program Materials
    • Countries Data
    • Custom Role Analyses
    • TalentNeuron Workbenches
  2. Additional information on the Deliverables listed above include the following:
    1. The Service provides access for up to 10 (ten) Licensed Users to resources and program-specific materials which may consist of publications, surveys, websites, teleconferences, meetings, tools and/or other materials and services prepared by TalentNeuron, including all portions, subsets and derivatives thereof (collectively, “Program Materials”).
    2. Licensed Users receive the following: (i) data for 16 (sixteen) countries1; (ii) up to 50 (fifty) Custom Role Analyses2; (iii) five (5) TalentNeuron Workbenches
      - The TalentNeuron Countries List is defined here.
      - Each Custom Role Analysis provides supply, demand, and cost data for up to 10 (ten) cities per role; access to data is restricted to the cities within the countries purchased.
    3. A TalentNeuron representative will engage with Client via email and/or telephone to scope and establish delivery timelines for each TalentNeuron Workbench report project (the “Workbench”). The number of Workbenches is a function of the scope of the request and is agreed with the Client before the project is A Workbench is started from the date Client sends an acceptance of the proposed project scope via email. Only one Workbench may be underway at any given time during the contract term, work on a new Workbench will not commence until the one in progress is completed.
    4. Scope expansions after the commencement of a Workbench will count as an additional Scope expansions are defined as: (i) changes, (ii) continuous or expansion of a project’s scope, or (iii) edits at or near the conclusion of the Workbench.
    5. Any part of a Workbench annual entitlement unused at contract expiry will neither be refunded nor carried over into a subsequent If contract expiry occurs prior to completion of a Workbench, work will cease unless Client renews the Service. In instances in which Client renews the Service and an incomplete Workbench carries over to a subsequent term, completion of that Workbench will count against the prior year’s Workbench entitlement if any of the entitlement remains. No other Workbench entitlements may be carried from contract term to the next and are considered null and void at the end of the term.

ADDITIONAL USAGE INFORMATION

Client shall not (i) copy, reproduce, modify or make derivative works based upon the Service or its content; (ii) create Internet “links” to the Service or “frame” or “mirror” any content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device; (iii) reverse engineer the Service; (iv) build a competitive product or service; (v) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service; (vi) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service; or (vii) “spider” the Service or otherwise automate data collection from the Service by any means other than through the authorized Licensed Users.

Client companies around the world trust TalentNeuron to be objective and independent in its research and advice, and TalentNeuron takes that responsibility seriously. To preserve the objectivity of research, TalentNeuron does not promise Clients favorable coverage or leads from its research experts. TalentNeuron does not provide access to confidential client information, offer aid to secure capital funding, or sell any product for use in litigation. There are no exceptions.

Use of this service is governed by the TalentNeuron General Terms.
